Wrote this after seeing the latest James Bond movie.

The beginning of this song didn't really give me a James Bond vibe, but more of like a secret covert operation taking place...

But the orchestra kicking in supported that very well! Good entrance!

Near the 1:30 part, I really liked the transition from upbeat music to piano. This would sound great as a live piece!

I think if you're going for a James Bond feel, you have to make the song more upbeat. This was kind of sneaky and snooping around-like, rather than the loud blasting trumpets and large crescendos that are found in James Bond movies.

Other than that, great quality and overall great composition. Good job!

For me, this is two good pieces of music. Ideally, I would like to hear a shorter break at 1:30ish before the piano part and then after the piano part, the main theme kicking back in.

Again, this is really good and your musicianship is top class. I can see this as film music- maybe more Mission Impossible than James Bond, but the vibe is there. You could make a living from this mate, if you don't already!

2:13...and you come in with a strong clear vocal , like I know you can...and then the song starts.
That's what I hear anyway, the piano coming in at 1:36 is just so beautiful and ...how can I put it?....screaming for more!
I agree that its too calm to be Bond music, it has to 'jump out and grab ye' to be Bond.

But there's more to this and I think it's got a lot to do with that piano and a vocal.

Yeah your Piano skills shine Bro.

Try raising the upper mids especially the drums, it will cut through much better IMO

Piano and horns
Ditto on the piano and horns, I like em.  It is kinda bondish.

The last bond movie I saw casino royale was in a hotel room on a 12 inch set dubbed in a language I didn't understand so forgot about the chat and focused on the music sound design , hung on the action .
the raw energy of the latest bond movies has punch , & I think you're getting there with this piece.
sugoi the drums may need mids or fatter samples.
Piano very nice romantic touch
thanks for posting razor san.

Overall, the composition is really good, although it doesn't sound to Bondish to me.

Edit: After a couple of times listening to it it sounded a bit more Bondish.
