I extended the existing track of this song with the original Music track .... The last 3 minutes are very powerful and loud. Schubbi puts on a solid Guitar performance...Stick around to hear it all....

yes..the last 3 minures or so keep getting louder as he plays....

"Wayne, Let Them Bleed "

To hear your voice one last time
to feel your warmth before I go
to fight another mans war
for questions that cant be answered
is this the way its suppose to be
politicians that take you away from me
who don't know a verse in the bible
they act like they care when we are six
feet below
damn this war God damn the demons
who
brings it

You see, I've been
writing Mother's dead Son letters
a flag
for a Son they'll live without
memories of friends in the twilight
holding on with every tear stained breath
baby
there is a God
please pray for us
we killed innocent men and children
we denied that we existed
now tell me
is this the way its suppose to be
is this the way it should be

Politicians have
dinner with their families while we die to
keep them free
and
they crucified us for their inefficiency
then they crucified us
for their inefficient deeds
my blood
its my blood
belongs to me
God Damn this war
God damn the demons
who
dropped their seed
God damn you all right to hell you should be
yeah you should be
the ones who bleed
no not me
this is your f_ _ _ ing
this is your
killing spree

Memories of friends in the twilight
Holding on, Holding on
with every breath of life
we been Crucified, Crucified
for their inefficiency
we been Crucified, Crucified
for their
inefficient deeds
my blood
my, my blood
you know that it belongs to me
c'mon Wayne
c'mon, Wayne
we got to let them bleed
not you, no, no not me Wayne
we ain't gonna bleed
they owe it and they know it
they owe it to
you and me
c'mon,
Wayne, c'mon, Wayne
we gotta let them bleed

Yep this is definately a great song and IMO your best lyrics and vocal job so far! Also Schubbi's instruments are massively huge, so what do I miss? Ohh!! Mastering quality! I think in a previous version the mastering was much better, even better than what it turns into at around 5:00.

But for the song.. and the extended bit, it is indeed truly epic!

Good song. Needs a lot of work, production-wise, but the basics are there. The lyrics are good, some of them very good. The guitar work is pretty smart too. A better drum section would help a lot with the overall sound I feel.

Ralph you have a great feel on your vocals and lyrics. Longing melodies too..I know this song from previous versions...I think there's some good spots but there's something about the overall quality that gives me the impression of maybe having to much noise remover applied to it..maybe...???The vocal part where dist guitar part comes in was very cool..Was that a new arrangement? Its more intense than what I remember.

Thanks
ktartandude...

Thanks for your comment. Its very constructive. I'm working on a few projects right now. I plan to re-work this. I know that its dying to be re-mastered...

Marino::

You hit the nail in the head...so to speak..I did use the noise/hiss remover. I could have used them to much. I may have over worked them. You have a good ear for music, Anthony.
I shortened the original version when I recorded it...What your listening to is the original version in its entirety

This is a pretty powerful song in terms of sentiment and feeling - that shines through with your vocal delivery, which I like.  At times though, I think the staccato singing is slightly too much - perhaps having a few verses flowing into each other would be good to try.

Others have touched on the production, so I'm not going to go down that route.

I enjoyed listening though - very powerful song.
