Smokes and Bananas
*
This is the placeholder for a new MP3 player

This song is not in a battle

-------------------------------------
All you take
is smokes and bananas
You're the word "silence"
I can barely hear you breath

Summers moving
You rest your head on me
Your well kept secrets
is now haunting you

Your well kept secrets
is now haunting you...

The sunshine in you
is all I can think of
You light up the darkness
of the life I live

This feeling you give
it makes me feel so good
You are the only
And I was so lonely

You are the sunshine in my life...

You are the answer if you like my game
You are the answer if you like my name...

Beautiful vocals, Kine~!
I noticed you are quite the lyricist/poet. Very impressed with the simplicity and elegance of your talent.
You play that guitar as if is meant to be. The Dobro in the backround compliments it perfectly and your vocals are beautifully graceful *Thank you for sharing this lovely piece!
Just a tip.... I heard you sing the word "haunting"   *it's misspelled in your posted lyrics. *just thought I'd help you out on that. Other then that, beautiful song  *Great Job~!,

Fantastic song, a sober tone like early Leonard Cohen, with equally compelling lyrics (yet from your unique perspective ofcourse), a minimal arrangement and - so complete. Really great!

This is the best song I've heard from you. Everything sounds just great.
I like the feel of the song the most.
You know I like it when you harmonize your vox, it really brings out the colour in your vocal tones.

WELL DONE!!

Really nice song. Eerie and soulful. Great arrangements, love the slide and the when the vocals double. Great lyrics too. All in all great work. I like that you don't end on the tonic, always good to hear a song that makes you just want to hear more. Very nice.

This is so pretty...

Reminds me a lot of Denison Witmer's earliest albums (still my favorites). Has a perfect mix of happiness and sadness. Man... can't say enough how much I'm enjoying this.

Please post more like it.
