Somedays |
Somedays I cry
wondering why the clouds are grey.
They went down
with the sun
and the moon.
Somedays, somedays I find the way.
Somedays I gaze
up to the stage to find myself.
I am bold,
so I'm told.
I must go
to find the gold.
Somedays, somedays I find the way.
Somedays I stare
at the air that surrounds my soul.
I can't see
what's in me.
They can flee
and so can we.
Somedays, somedays I fly away.
Somedays I cry
wondering why the clouds are grey.
They went down
with the sun
and the moon...
Somedays, somedays I fly away.
Aaaahhh....
Aaaahhh....
Aaaaaahhh......
wondering why the clouds are grey.
They went down
with the sun

Somedays, somedays I find the way.

Wow this is a wonderful track, minimalist guitar part, very original structure, great lyrics and very catching vocal melody. Harmonies are superb, the whole track I was transported back to the attic of my childhood where I played with the phonograph and my parents singles collection. I can't recall the artists and maybe it's partly because of your production quality (not polished but definately adequate) - well... I could almost smell the vinyl. Lollllll
Anyway, yeah. Downloaded this tune, and it's great to see you back. As a matter of fact, I recently wondered where you'd gone to, so it's extra nice to see you again!
And maybe you are interested in participating in the BandAMP video collab (see front page) - would love your voice in there!
cheers..

Extremely unique and original, *beautiful harmonies as well. This reminds me of the creativity and originality of the 1960's early rock progression. Simple but yet very powerful in both music composition and lyrics.
I am very pleased and honored to have heard your input here. Please keep sharing the awesome talent you have.
