i like this, cool. I'm confident to say that you have some Evanesence influence. It would be nice to hear this with a whole band arrangement, especially distorted would fit nice with this one. During of the song where you sing "Your sent... All remain with me", all I could think of is some screaming vocals. For some reason, I was bothered by something with this song that I can't really explain.

To me it screams Tool.

My suggestion, bring up the vocals in the mix
They seemed to get washed over
With the low end of the guitar

Some of the best songs are written from a real event.  Keep up the good work.
