VooDoo Man
*

This song is not in a battle

Can you say 1980s Rock? lol   I wrote this song back in the 80s (as if you can't tell) *s
It was analog recorded at Blue-Jay studios which is very well known for recording many artists such as Bowie, Aerosmith, The Stones etc. Anyways , I thought I'd throw this in. This  particular song did receive airplay in Boston as well as NY & Tampa. Our lead vocalist, my soul brothah^,  William Welch passed away last June and will truly be deeply missed.

Cool. It reminds me very much of Blue Oyster Cult.
I am sorry about William.

Nice groove. Great bluesy track. The vocals could use a slight boost imo, but that's really all I can criticize. It's a great song, good work.

It sounds like you guys would have been great live. Sometimes some of the energy is lost onto tape.
Tight arrangement, good vocals, (lots of delay there!) and a cool spooky chorus.
Nice work

Thanks Rupes brother.... yes , it definitely has the early 80s sound and vibe... simple because this is the original track. taken from the 1/4" reel and copied onto my system digitally. And yes.. when we played live,,,, the energy filled the whole atmosphere... * dang I miss them days, but I have to say I enjoy today's recordings much better of course. Thanks again my friend.... * rock on,
Fid
