This song is not in a battle

One of my instrumentals on my 2nd personal CD "Beyond A Drift"   After years of playing Rock n Roll and touring nationally I decided to mellow out and compose some ballads, some being relaxing instrumentals such as this one. Done within my home studio, up in the Beautiful White Mountains of NH.  *hope you like it

Nice song. Reminds me of something else I can't quite put my finger on. I know it's a ballad but it gets a bit dull after the first minute. (Oh wait, there's the bridge which picks up nicely.) It's a nice song I'd look into putting some vocals or solo flute or something over it just to liven it up a bit, but I take it you were going for something more along these lines. All in all good work. Very calming.

Nicely played, nice action on those Ivories.

As it stands it would make a nice soundtrack.  You could add to it I suppose, vox, flute or whatever, orchestra.

Welcome to BandAMP!!

Nice little piano diddy Fiddlah. Begging for a smooth vocal to bring it all home.

Man I totally love your choice of notes on the piano..Not sure about the string section sound nor it coming so soon in..It needs maybe a bit more build to them in my honest opinion..But the chord progression is excellent....
Very heart felt..Tx for posting and welcome!

Ty for the feedback.... I was trying to create a "soundtrack" feel like Denis mentioned. Seems from what I've read, I accomplished just that
Thank you!
John
