I've mentioned this before, your recording levels are low, pitty as set correctly would boost the dynamics.

I really like the chorus, the two guitars and both of your vocals work very well in it.  I also like the "twang" that you've added with the slide :-)

Ha! I sing this in the shower almost every day. One of my favorite bands and songs. This is a cool folksy rendition. I won't comment on mixing etc as that is not my thing. It held to the feel of the original while being different enough to keep me listening. I loved it.
