I know cover are not encouraged on the amp but I thought we gave this one a real personal twist

This is really fun to listen to. I'd love to hear it with some light percussions, maybe even just snaps to really reinforce the rhythm. The voices layer really nicely. I think traditional songs are ok in the amp since they usually have no copyright. My only criticism would be that the harmonies get a little redundant when they're constantly in parallel. It'd be nice to hear this rearranged with a little more counterpoint. Still, great song.

we normaly have a drummer playing brushes on that one but he was traveling in India when we did that recording we've got a studio booked for the end of the month so I'll put the result if it's any good

Vincent... this one has been around for ages, and simply passed me by!  Glad you bumped it up by posting - but you can't have it in battle as it's a cover (not that I'd know, but you say so in your info).

As far as the song is concerned, I really like the simple guitar riff which is well executed and carries the song along nicely.  The vocals are really great.

I thoroughly enjoyed listening
