It's a great song. The piano could come down just a little in the beginning.

It starts and ends very abruptly.  Maybe think about adding a bit of an intro/ending section.  I'm not sure the bass part at the beginning really goes well with the melody - try listening to the bass line by itself, and then again just bass and melody (no drums or other synth) and see if that's really what you want.

Anyway, it sounds like you've put some decent work into it so far.

better drum programming I think would save this a bit more... a decent concept, but I think some good drums and breaks would liven this up to what I imagine it's suppose to be like.... nice job...
