a song a friend of mine wrote (nessa) she sent it to me and i added a bass line and strings.
first draft just thought i would upload, to see what people thought

i really love the bass, that fretless sound is amazing and works well with the feel of the song.  the strings complement her voice nicely; perhaps try mixing them a tad quieter.  or even have them come in later in the song for a nice subtlety, rather than entering simultaneous to the bass.

Great vocals, great bass sound and overall mixing.  The levels sound just fine in my speakers.  I think the strings could be a little warmer tho.

the vocals seem a bit mixed differently than everything else...they kinda stick out too much to me if that makes sense....but this is coming from a guy who has pretty crappy speakers so that could be it.....but other than that it sounds good...nice job

well nessa recored the guitar and vocals at the same time on her computer in new york then sent the mp3 to me. 
so yeah there wasn tmuch i could do. but good speakers would help,lol
