I think the appriogos are to thin to use when you using just one instrument. Also the chords in the constrasted section/second section is to thin. You could take a second guitar playing chord under the apreggios and visa versa and/or have a drum to make it thicker. It sound very flat in all. If you want to develop it from here i suggest you think out a form, like ABABCAA or something and fill it up. That's up to you. I would defenatly thicken the piece up, but that's just me.

Pretty good. Maybe you should change the lyrics a little bit? It could also end with that acoustic part you played for the intro except in a higher octave.
