Thanks for all the reviews/comments on V1. Denis ran this through his preamp,did some EQ and added Bass..I decided to do the chorus differently vocally and tried it myself.The first line of each section is me whispering the words over top of the vox track, I like the effect.I also added a third chorus after the scratch'n break down.

wow! great performance   Despite my comment about the pulsing "whaa" parts in the last version, it's really not that bad at all if I take the headphones out.

Bass was well placed, all the way through the song.  Very nice work!

Great!
The bass is good and the guitar is good, the scratch is odd, but that's because of my taste. Perhaps put some fuzz on the bass and contrast the distortion, like the bassist for the band MUSE. Look up the tracks " Time is running out" and " Hysteria" and you'll know what I mean. It sounds like a finished product now, but the normal vocals could be more at the chorus?
