This song is not in a battle

A song of extreme cynicism and misanthropy. I was experimenting with pure electronic instrumentation and industrial-rock beats. The distortion and obvious autotune are intentional stylistic choices.

Lyrics:
People will be nice to you They’ll be kind to your face
But there’s always something that they want And they won’t let you get in the way

Something to remember Something to bear in mind
The people that you love Aren’t far from leaving you behind
You’re not that important You can bet on that
Every person that you know Is in secret a rat

They’ll try to impress you They’ll try and make you theirs
They’ll bend your will Until it breaks beyond  repair
They’ll try to get close to you They’ll make you feel warm
But when you feel the knife in your back Don’t say I didn’t warn
CHORUS
When you look into their eyes You’ll see a friendly gleam
They’ll laugh and they’ll joke Their words flow like cream
But when you need a hand  They get out of town
Every time you get up They kick you back down
CHORUS

heavy distorted. to me its not intentional. its simply too loud. sorry but this is not speaker friendly. hope your assurance is good
the music for itself is awesome. love the rhythm and the bass line
great usage of synthies
and briilliant ending without instruments except the vocals.

You have a knack for some wicked chorus lines......Some well put together sequences.Good music and awesome performance.Dunno about the intensional distortion I feel it takes away from the song....I would try a filter on your voice as oppose to the distorted effect...The end was sweet....Good job!!!
