Tell me what you think.Its still rough on the vocals but i just want to here if its a good song or not.

This reminds me of some Beatles stuff, and so, that's good.
I like the chords progressions used here, with some chromatic work that makes it pretty interesting.
May be fixing recording and adding some voice harmonies and may be some arrangements ( I don't know exactly what, but I feel it need something more... check Beatles's songs and take some ideas from there).
The guitar playing is pretty good too.
In general, I liked it, so develop it and make a good tune out of this.

oh yeah this is nice,  damn fine guitar playing ,  Your vocals are pretty good could be just a little tighter though ,, Pitch is very good, but sounds like you double tracked it and got out in a few spot (can't say to much cause I suck worse than this at double tracking , if that is what you did).  The overall idea is great had has I very good melody.
I give it a high vote cause it was done so well.

Sounded pretty good! Maybe bring the vox up a bit?
