Fire in the Sunrise

This song is not in a battle

I can't seem to get the chorus right. What ever. I recorded my vocals twice. Except for the chorus, I used audacity to echo it. Aight.

Well if your country is not America
Then I bet that its our play thing

I don’t know much About it
But I bet it’d be amazing

To watch it burn, so piss us off
So we can watch the bombs fall on fox.

So I can see the
Death in a child’s eyes
Smoke in the blue skies
I can watch the Fire in the sunrise.

There is no doubt
When you hear the airmen shout
That “You can’t see the sun in the sky”

That whitemens emptied out,
And someone’s about,
About, about to fry.

Fly jets fly,
Fly jets fly.

To send
Death to a child’s eyes
Smoke in the blue skies
Put the Fire in the sunrise.

Blah oh Gah
Sah no Rah
Sor a Pone Alone

Goo al tah
Boo al mah
How come we haven’t out grown

This conservative gibberish

It is my only wish

That there is no more
Death in a child’s eyes
Smoke in the blue skies
Fire in the sunrise.

Genesis? Actually, Peter Gabriel... In fact, The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway.

Nice free feel.

Too much echo in the vox for me.

Re Chorus, try the opposite of recording the vox twice, in other words twice in the chorus only

Cheers

Alright. I'll work on it.

For the chorus, do you want me to elimate the echo comepletly or just turn down the decay factor?

Nice melody and musical concept.I think the idea works if you make it a bit tighter in the double vox! I don't know if you ever heard of Uli Jon Roth but your vocal tone reminds me of him.Keep at it man potential is clearly there!

I likr that you've gone for something different. It's fun to experiment with different recording techniques... for me this would've sounded interesting if those vocals were hard-panned or something, beatles style.

Not my kind of music but I can dig the musical direction you took with this one. Nice chord progression.

Only thing I would suggest would be a bit more direction in the arrangement of the song - as it is it seems a little arty to me? Cool song tho.

Great job, we talked in chat about what I would change.  I really liked the plucky lead behind the rhythm and the work you did on the vocal with effects.  Good to hear some serious work from you man, its about time!
