This song is not in a battle

Spent pretty much all day writing and recording this song (instead of doing my homework like I should have).

I took way too many takes on this song, so I just interpolated the best of them and mashed them together. Overall there are about 5 separate guitar tracks on this song, with about two takes for all of them, and the vocals are quadruple-tracked (which unfortunately makes them sound muddy)

But overall, I like this song much more than I thought I would.

Lyrics:
Sometimes I don’t feel like walking
Cause I’m not that fast
How I wish you’d carry me
Cause I’m too small
See everything that I can see
fade away

I fade away
Yeah

Tried to be a man
Tried to understand
always ruled by somebody else
Wished for childhood
Hoping that somebody would
Won’t you Carry me
Won’t you Carry me
Won’t you Carry me
Yeah yeah yeah

I can’t deal
I can’t cope
I can’t live anymore
I can’t change
Can’t embrace anymore
I can’t deal
I can’t Cope
I can’t live anymore
I can’t change
I can’t embrace anymore

Thought I was so smart
Thought I could take part
Tried to be myself
But I came right off the shelf
Won’t you Carry me
Won’t you Carry me
Won’t you Carry me
Yeah yeah yeah

I’m not feeling well
Sometimes I’m in hell
I’m not strong enough
I’ve got too much stuff

I can’t deal
I can’t cope
I can’t live anymore
I can’t change
Can’t embrace anymore
I can’t Cope
I can’t live anymore
I can’t change
I can’t embrace anymore

i love the lyrics dude. your song writing is just getting better and better.
some oposing harmonies in the bridge and/or chorus would sound cool.
 I like the synth
it could sound tidier, but overall, a very good song.
