as performed by Jack and Mr Cauboi

COBRA
(NBK Blues)
January 1998

Old Jimmy Lone went to the bank            Bm    A6    G9    F#
close the muddy river not far from Jimmy’s flat    Bm    A6    G9    F#
big moon shining rat top race                Bm    A6    G9    F#
the Queen of Spink had a jellyfruit face            Bm    A6    G9    F#
the blade was steel the blade was grey            G    F#    G    F#
she came close to him and then she said        G    A    G    F#
Cobra                                Bm    A6    G9    F#

Old Jimmy Lone bended on his knees
shot down by cop guns in a bloody jamboree
he looked through the window along the riverside
the Queen of Spink had  big green eye
the blade was steel the blade was grey
she came close to him and then she said
Cobra

Old Jimmy Lone buried in his grave
all his books around him and some CD as well
big moon shining all rats were set to dance
the Queen of Spink had a glimpse of arrogance
the blade was steel the blade was grey
she came close to him and then she said
Cobra

As usual a cool song from you Jack!
Your lyrics get me too, what's "the Queen of Spink had a jellyfruit face" ! ?? lol
I have heard better recording (quality) from you before, but it does add to the Bob Dylan feel.
Lovely guitar work from you both.
