Early Morning Jam
*

This song is not in a battle

I was bored, couldn't sleep. got a headache from messing with FL   *%^*  lol.  So I needed to relax..I had this in my head from about a year ago and it popped back in again this morning thought I'd record it just for grins and to relax ... nothing much really just a little acoustic guitar jam ..

I've noticed the guys who rock hardest make the better acoustic guitarists---bro you could give up rock and do this and I think you'd make it better.

The 1:45 section and solo is incredible.

The musicianship is astoundingly good.  Your best work, I think.  One of the better acoustic jams I've heard on the amp.  I'd love to see a video of you jamming this on YouTube.

Oh, FL is easier than it makes itself out to be.  With Minds' help I've become a bit of a master on it myself, so ask in the forums and I'm one more person who can help you out.

Thanks Avi and Marino .. I haven't been to sleep yet (been up all night)   probably could have done a little better if I was more rested.  I'm not sure about actual riffs I was just jammin along  some major pentatonics and some arpeggios that's about it really.

Lovely Tone
What a lovely tone you have and great feel.

I would love to jam with you, shame we're so far apart.

BTW your famous in my household, my Mrs sings along to your music, and she is extreemly critical!!

Cheers

That is an amazing bit of guitar work there!  I think you've got it to the point where it sounds really rich and full of colour, yet not over-crowded.
Love it!  High score!

Like WOAH...
This is incredible....  I love jams like this.... This is very cool.... You have some moments in here that are phenominal... Very complex and intricate... Yet there is a delicacy to the whole thing that makes it very much a soft and enjoyable piece...  Again, incredible... Love every bit of it....

wow thanks guys ... glad you liked it,  sour notes and all  LOL.   Part of the tone might be from me playing with a U.S. Dime ,  my cat was playing on my audio desk with my pick and when I went to play the pick was gone.

I grabbed the first usable thing in sight  a  coin............ maybe why it sounds like it does?

again thanks

Love it! Very Zepish.  I love the early Zep acoustic stuff (Bron-Yr-Aur, Gallows Pole, Tangerine, That's The Way).  Nice work.  You ever think of doing a Zep type song that starts acoustic and starts rocking half way into it ala Ramble On or Over The Hills And Far Away?  Anyway, great stuff!

Yup, I like it - bum notes and all!! lol

Great recording quality Greg - is the guitar mic'd or piezo pups?  Love it.
Would echo Denis' sentiments - I'd love to jam along with you live.  But then I think I may be left standing just a little, what with you having 15 fingers!!!
