I've spent a lot of time on this guy--it's probably one of the most complex pieces I've done so far.  FL Studio tells me that at it's peak, there are over 35 simultaneous voices.  My computer got pretty hammered--the 30 or 40 plugins active at the same time didn't help either.

My thank to MindsAtPlay for the thumping beat that the piece builds up to, and the awesome sampling.  Oh, and the invaluable advice every step of the way.

This is what collab'ing is all about!  Avi, it was a pleasure to work with you man. Its always a very pleasant experience!  Everything seems to flow when we work together!  Anytime Man!  Great Piece, although it almost broke my pc to do it! LOL!  Im ready to do another whenever you are!

Nice collab. The samples and the production is top quality. I do find it a little repetative, I think some vox or perhaps a bridge early on in the song would be nice.

Thanks!  Yeah, a more song-like approach would have worked, but that's something that can be dropped in anytime, and from what myself and Minds could do, this was as far as we wanted it to go.

This blew me away to start with , seriously, but then the bass drum thumped in ... and thats all it did! And it kind of stayed there!
But for the bass drum needing to be crisper and even layered with a kick bass this is a really nice piece of music.
I love the synth loop, though I really hear it breaking out into being a beautiful tune towards the end.

I hear you--but apart from dropping vox this is where I wanted to leave this.  I sort of picture some crazy Eastern European rave with a thousand people going crazy with ecstasy running through their veins.

I want to do a part 2.

I use FL Studio 7 XXL Producers Edition, iirc.  I'm quite sure MAP uses the same.
