Well, Bass4YourFace and I got together a little while ago  and recorded this simple funk groove. It's a little loose and messy, but we've never really played together before.

What bpm is this at? was it 109 or something like that.

This turned out pretty well. It's a shame that we couldn't get actual drums in the mix.

Very busy--a bit too much going on at the same time.  Stuff also seems to fall out of time quite alot.  Stick to more standard bpm's.  They are standard because the brain finds it easier to pick them out.

The instruments used are a breath of fresh air.   Great recording and performance.

we called it pasta because there's an accordion in there.  we though there would be vocals about an Italian guy coming to America and joining a funk band.
