the piano here is not the leading but the rhythm instument and I would like to hear a violin from 0:40 on as the high notes from a piano

its a lovely tune producing a sad mood to the listener. and as a listener I am expecting some visual effects and act as a voyeur supported by this music

And about the piano being the rhythm instrument is true, but only the first part, as you can hear. After that the piano takes over the melody.
