Spider and the Muse
*

This song is not in a battle

An attempt at a neo-classical romantic era piano piece. I started playing around on my piano, creating little chromatic riffs, then I just pulled them together added some crazy passages that are near to impossible, but I noted it down into FL anyways, just worked with the FL keys and I found there was quite a percussive sound coming from the bass and some higher pitched chords. Anyways, I was partially inspired by Muse, particularly "Butterflies and Hurricanes", which has a wicked piano interlude in the middle.

Enjoy,

WB

Good stuff! Although I wouldn't call it romantic... some XIX C. harmonies there I think. Like it...   Keeps the tension... always expecting the blast... the end could be stronger I think.

Cheers!
Thanks aetheris, I might have a crack at finishing it off with a little more climax.
Marino: Glad you like it.

Bit of an experiment... I learn a bit more from it.

Cheers

Excellent in that you are definately creating a more realistic sound!  I picture a keystone kops scene! you know B&W with all the capers happening at high speed!  Good stuff man! Keep it up!
