Where the hell is my lighter!  The effect isnt all that great by myself in the middle of the day, but I can picture this at a concert joined by a couple thousand other lighters all swaying in unison.  This is grade A 100% the GOOD SH*T! Excuse my language, but this is damn tasty!  Sister Hazel-ish! LOVE IT!

REALLY great guitar tracks.. and the voice - brilliant!
i agree... grade A

this is a really good song. good vox, and the guitar compliments it perfectly, simple but thats all you need. i would possibly like to hear a small guitar solo towards the end of the song but nothing to complex.
 I think the backing vox sounds too far away from the mic, its the right volume but it sounds distant. that could be intended though.

song is....  ...like other songs in this genre. medium style to me.
could be spiced up with some drums.
but its a good recording and like I said.... great voice

But what a grade A song indeed!  Lighters and all (even screaming little girls throwing knickers!!)

Great sound quality, nice melody, good package overall. Backup vocal seems to be off a little bit. I could hear aggressive string section in my head towards the climax of the song, giving it a kick to another dimension, but that's just me...

Bad:
- Backing vocals and backing overdriven guitar are WAY too soft to hear properly.
- The rhythm guitar is out of time quite a few times.  Lots of mess-ups.
- The harmonies are off.
- Mix is, quite literally, miserable.  I'm not usually so harsh, but it's just really that way off.
- Didn't like the way the guitar seems to fade in after the bass-only bit.

Most of the above is just mixing issues.  The guitar isn't played so badly that it upset me, but thought I'd point it out.

Good:
- I love the lyrics and music.
- Your voice is incredible.
- There is a background wail around the 2:30 mark that sent shivers down my spine.
- The 2:50ish breakdown with the bass and the literal knock it awesome.

Like MAP said, great lighter song.

Wow this song really is brilliant, the tears almost jumped into the eyes.
Maybe I'll put up two lighters

you have something really special here...really special (definitley a waving lighter song)bring out the background sounds like the guitar and backup vocals and it's perfect    i look forward to more!
