I would like to hear a re-mix of this with less bass and maybe some cleaner guitar maybe add acoustic guitar or some horns.

I think you should focus on the drums, the snare I think is too busy [apart from when it changes around 2.45 mins], the mix which can easily be changed needs complete changing. The bass needs to come down, guitar up.
