Notably, the rhythm guitar is slightly out of tune.  Don't know if this is intended or not, but with tone of the lead, it actually seems to work.

I feel where your going keep working at it that picking might be awsome.

not bad...needs more work...the recording isnt top notch   .. maybe you might work on this...good picking at some points...but timing is a issue also..
