"I've Been Dreaming(About)"

Verse 1
Ive been thinking
of her smile
Ive been thinking
of the house you wanted to buy
Ive been thinking about
the future in your eyes
Ive been thinking
its time we say good-bye

Verse 2
I think of you
our walks on the beach
our names carved into movie seats
I dont believe in a one day Fly
this other girl has me on a high
we talked through our kiss's
a sweet mystery
she came to me
like a dream
like a dream

 Chorus&Harmonies

Four years gone by
(been thinking about )
the house we didnt buy
(I've been thinking about)
the future in your eyes
(I've been thinking about)
walks on the beach
(I've been thinking about)
the places we would meet

harmonies

But Ive been dreaming
But Ive been dreaming  about
But Ive been dreaming  about her
about her

Instrumental

Verse 3
some things cant be explained a higher power came into play
four years of your kisses
I had put away
three days was all it took
for me to walk away
one more kiss for ever more
then baby, im out the door

Harmonies
Ive been dreaming
Ive been dreaming  about
Ive been dreaming  about
about her
about her

Ending

I dont believe in a one day Fly
But girl you have me on a high
echos of your love
Rain down on me

Harmonies

Ive been dreaming
Ive been dreaming  about
Ive been dreaming  about you
about you
baby

dodge that swing
This is a really sodding way to break up with your girlfriend

How to kick a girl in the soul. Maniac! (whoever wrote the lyrics that is)

And you even ask for one last kiss, the nerve rather expect to have to [read subject]

It's clearly not finished: too repetitive. It could work with extra instrumentation, like horns indeed. Maybe some well placed distorted guitars and some synths doing counter melodies. It should become very hypnotic then (definately aiming at that).

The vocal effects are good so far - however you could use a compressor to even out the volume differences in your vocal track.

Umm. right... good luck

This is different but interesting Would like to hear some parts were the music or drums(or stop) fade out and all you hear is all your different vox hapenning and have everything come back in.
Good Job like always

horns
what should be left out to add horns then??  one thing that so many do without realizing it is to get the instrumental tracks way to busy.. this takes away from a good song.. can really muddle a song up and make it sound like shite... a kewl little horn ensemble - quartet sound in a few spots would be really awesome.. just would have to leave something out so it wouldn't get to confusing for the listeners..

blessings bro,

Hell...
I just noticed, that when I rated this,
I forgot to say one thing, I do dig it
though!!! My comment about the horns
stands, but that didn't mean I didn't think
it was good! Hell I for one liked pup's
earlier comment..  What a kewl way to
break up with a chick, write her a song,
then give her one last wet slobbery deep
passionate kiss to let her know what you're
taking away from her! lol.. j/k..  it is pretty
cold blooded!! rofalol

fill in the spots where there's nothing else
except keys and drums, yea horns will be
very kewl there.. and maybe an echo with
a dirty, raspy guitar as well!!  ;-)
