Train |
The road. On the road you always feel calming effect of consistency in motion. The train, the most calming transport, with its monotone squeaking of the wheels. When it runs slow, it brings melancholy to one's state of mine; when it picks up the speed, everything looks on the brighter side.
Through the sounds of this composition, I attempted to convey the mood of a moving train and of a fast road. Imagine a very old steamer with very bright cars attached to it; it is very fast and very happy.

i felt like being on that train, liked it. i could see the different landscapes passing by.
some basslines could enhance the experience imo
and maybe a slight change of rhythm as if the train rides on a bridge or so would be nice
dont know what genre this is, surely not something i listen to a a lot, but enjoyed this

what a happy tune. A new genre to me. R&S (Rhythm & Sound)
But the train could come to a rail station at the end, becoming slower. All in all very nice

There's a thought, make a bridge be a literal representation of a bridge, like, an added rolling beat as it makes contact with the sleepers or something (can it do that?). Any way, nice piece, very ambient, I would place this kind of under techno music, and program music (music representing something non musical), maybe I should do a programmatic piece.

Train, keep on rolling.

It moves along nicely. I love the layers, and would gladly listen to this on a night out in a club. Cheers.
