Burn out | ![]() ![]() |
Drums bass and samples, time, some effort and bish bash bosh, enjoy if you can.
Wow... this is ... different... takes me a while to get into the song, after which it becomes a slow motion reversed drug trip of sort... or maybe just too much booze, losing grip of reality, losing sense of time and place, warped consciousness in a mind frame melting down... The intro really doesn't like me, but the thing starts growing on me after 0:40.
Very interesting .. . . . . . ... I downloaded it...

I wanna give that one a shot: the main rhythm and the main synth flow kinda resembles the later tracks on the "Bites" album, by Skinny Puppy. I know you've heard of them, I think the groove of this song definately leans towards those tracks.
Flav o' Flav in da house booooooooooooooooooooooiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii! Is the entire song Chuck D and Flav o Flav vocals slowed down? I think it is but its hard to tell because of the tempo change.YES it is! This is Bring da Noize all cut up(vocals).....Public Enemy featuring Anthrax. Interesting approach with the music.
Well. I have to say I suffered through this one. If the recordning was better it could have improved alot. And also (even more importantly IMO) It needs more energy. But as music is art, it can't be judged since there might something you wanna say by making it the way you did. But at least it would be more appealing and interesting with more energy.

I like the music w/o the voice samples, personally. Ever hear of DJ Venom? He does a lot of that stuff and it's not easy to do well.
BTW: "Better to burn out than to fade away?" ...Did Neil Young say that first? Or was he quoting someone?
