Effin' Rachel
*

This song is not in a battle

This was written in wal*mart, on a first act guitar for a girl that I have named "Effin' Rachel," because she is effin' awesome. There is no reason to change it or improve it - or the meaning behind the song would be lost, ya' know?

dark- effin' rachel
now this is pure.  i also like to use other existing music as a relationship.  kind of sounds like the late singer for Subline (Brad).  he used to play accoustic stuff off the cuff at small clubs in Long Beach CA, USA.  awesome, dude.

rock on.

As far as verse courus verse goes, I think I did a super job.

...

Thanks!

I was trying out a new fingerstyle (doesn't play with a pick) nothing sounded awkward in the very quick cording that follows the second "Effin' Rachel" I know sometimes I mess up. There is suposed to be 4 strikes per beat.

I really love the title!

Song would probably be really good if you played it and sung it properly.

Yeah. The title and the lyrics are great. Because it makes it seem sexual in all the verses, except maybe the first. But really it is just what I call her.

What is wrong with my guitarwork. Am I fretting out too much, am I not on rhythm? Is the chorus to abrupt to the verses?

I know I can't sing. And this song isn't really meant to be some hardcore thought provoking speil. It was just some basic chords. Varations of D followed by A G E then E G A... repeating.

If it is my timing that is off though, understandable.

Yes I'd say your 'fretting' too much

Get it?  Fretting!

Maybe 'properly' wasn't the right word.

I think my pm back to you says it better :

I'm not a guitarist, but I know how music sounds if I'm asked to listen.

If your on about your excellently titled 'Effin Rachel', I think you could play it better.
Because you obviously can, I find it rough.

Passion is always good!..........but Passion and Precision are a better combination!

right, but what is rough? I know I can't really sing. But I thought that the guitar work was pretty good.

So "ha" as in the song is a joke, or "ha" as in its funny?
