I like this a lot, it's a very nice piece of work.
The first bit made me think of my own experience at the side of a road in the middle of SAfrica listening to the car aerial vibrating in the wind, you know when it whistles eerily, might even fit to it too.
As for the song when it goes its going.
I just love music like this that moves so fast and in such a beautiful rhythmic way that it makes me feel like letting something go,

This is great. I like what you've done with this track.
From about halfway through, I kept imagining some beautiful strings coming in, layered into it, to really amplify the feel that the track has.

Colden this track is great. I think if you did some spoken word over this it would really really drive the song to a new level. I like what you wrote above maybe expand on that??
