This song is not in a battle

They'll know what to do isn't supposed to be a new age emo song or anything, even tho naming it kinda makes it emo. If this song gives you a certain mood that is awesome becasue music is special

"Hey Josh, I gotta say, if your life depends on your music..you gonna DIE! Burn the guitar! BURN IT!!! And burry it's ashes so it won't come alive!! ", that's what said my friend Luka that came today here. I say sound nice but you have to practise more...Keep rockin' and good luck!

What can I say,
Even the greatest guitar players started from nothing. How good do you want to be? Its all up to you. I leave you with the 3 greatest words in guitar playing.
Practice, Practice, Practice

With a little work this could be a good song. I think you rushed the recording and didnt try to make it the best you could. Regardless man you did good. I was awful when I first entered the competition years ago.

I think this has some potential, but you have to put some more effort into you recording as mentioned. I'm too forgiving when I listen to my own recording, and I ignore small mistakes, which really stands out to other people when they listen... so shame on us. ;-)

My advice to you and me: record it again and again until it's flawless. :-)

This tune is nice. But i'll tell you what will make it 100 times better. Make a click track or use a metronome to practice it against. Then this song will sound tight!

Good work mate, and keep it up!

Nice work Josh. Just work on your recording and as Stavros says..use a click track or metronome. It really does work wonders. I like where you're headed with it.

Needs more work, but i personally wouldn't even have the balls to upload any of my fingerstyle guitar work, so good on you for giving it a go.
Definatly try it again against a click track and then play it and play it over and over until it gets a bit tighter (Thumbs up)
