I don't mind about the voting, but I do like to hear your views, certainly since its possible in this wonderful place.

Sounds like a 70s ballad, except without the drums, the bass, and the rest of the arrangement.

That would be okay, but I'm not so fond of the chorus effect when it's all acoustic. It does work, but it makes the song sounds "boxed in" in a way, particulary because this effect isn't wide stereo.

Your style is very interesting though, and your site is looking good too. Will check it later, when I have more time.

cheers,
PX

That's a pretty touching comment.

If I may quote my self :

yeah it has sth of the 70s.... reminds me of led zeppelin.

Guitar is well played, words are well sung, good recording. If it were in a battle... I would rate this song very high.
its worth listen to it a second time......

DAMN
Just getting to this now - great stuff man.

Your vocals are haunting familiar. I think the chorus is fine and the homegrown recording puts the finishing touch on it.  Good call on the length too.

Good stuff.

O! these dunes are not that big MaxB!
So hows that band looking? present tense!

Thank all for comments, most welcome!
Yes I'm another GI joe brought up on a good dose of Zeppelin, with a twist though, I come from Zeppelin country, and I even know what Bron yr Aur means, actually I do try and give my own songs Welsh names, it completes them! like Gafal yn yr Afal!

good shit...
i was going along with this hitting a higher extended note over yours...
and pounding a bit of rythm at the end on my desk...
i think you should play with this one a bit...
not that it needs to be updated but you've left it
with some possibilities...

Yes what the hell it's only a smell!

I followed Oldies link to a Led Zeppelin film on youTube tonight and then just sat there watching parts of the Zeppelin Documentary, amazing stuff!
That they are more influential than they possibly could imagine is an understatement!
And it's funny how they seam to be followed by rumors!

Thanks all for comments and more so for listening!
Jack, You can strum along to this if you please, even record something and post it, I'm into working on the backlog of material I have and creating something new!
