Peace be Upon Him

This song is not in a battle

This is a prayer to Allah (I believe) set with very English orchestral music and some tabla thrown in for good measure. No idea why...

Wow, I've been listening to some of your music and really have been enjoying it. Very relaxing, chill stuff.

Takes a bit of the edge off working

does your nickname justice! this is a great track, so worldly, sends chills down my spine.

yeah, I guess, following the guide to rating songs, there is only one way to rate this. Ace.

Many thanks for your kind coments. The vocals come from a sample CD called Deepest India which was given to me by a Sihk TV producer when I was working on something for him. I love setting the various vocals to different styles of music and keep coming back to it when I'm looking for inspiration.

My nickname (MrEden) comes from the fact that, in the real world, I'm a music teacher and that's what my students call me (to my face at least). Interestingly, I notice that the guide to rating songs is taken directly from the British exam board, AQA's, criteria for assessing compositions in their GCSE music course which I use to grade my own students' work. Now I know how they feel when they hand in a composition
