Not much to say about this one. I was feeling very mellow and this is what came out..........

dude.. massive impressive... I am a huge fan of Mike Oldfield too - nothing beats Hergest Ridge (except the town I live in, hahah) This isn't only an excellent composition, I love the mixing on this one too.

It's ab fab!

This is great stuff! Very melodic and dare I say soaring. Your guitar work is something to be admired in this song!
Keep this stuff up, I need good stuff to fill my mp3 up with !

Big grins here

really mellow indeed... like the mood.

And I do like how the different layers come one after the other and then interact.   Very nice-...

although at spots it seems to be too much at once.

Great composition skills and excellent mix.

first of all, a beautiful, intricate melody and composition. Love the acoustic guitar (very well-played, clean, clear, excellent recording quality). Having said that, I'm not as crazy about the electric guitar parts, To me they are a bit distracting (from the transcendental quality of the song up to that point). The mid-rangy, wah-wah sound may be a bit too dissonant, the electric seems a bit too much in the front of the mix and, later in the tune, the electric guitar may be a bit too busy (for the rest of the tune). But that's simply my opinion, resulting from my first few listens. I may change my mind with successive listens.

excellent technique in recording and guitar picking. Brings a nice mood in my mind. I love 12strings. I have one two but I cant play in the moment :-(

Thank you for all of your input. For the record, I did not use a 12 string.

I was sure I heard a 12string. sorry, may be two guitars playing together several notes.. anyway a good piece and I voted high and I downloaded it and put it to my favourites

I agree it does sound like a 12 string.  It is in fact 2 acoustics playing octaves. I'm glad you liked it enough to download. Gives me insperation to write more  Thanks again.

Excellent and wonderful guitar playing...my only suggestion, and this is just a personal preference, would be to have a little less reverb on the guitar (or whatever effect you're using there that makes it echo). But what a great job!

nice work
excellent listening music

there are some lower notes that sounds muted (don't ring as long as I was hoping to hear) and the lower notes that do ring sound sound mo' better to me.

the e-guitar parts sound like they may fit well but the selection of timbre and dryer sound (placement) in front of the a-guitar does not complement the piece.
