wow, skillful playing indeed. electric spanish is something you don't hear very often, unless used as the backing to overhyped latin pop artists. I can't stand those...

I like the progressive construction, but maybe you've gone a bit over fanatic on the guitar fx. the whole mix seems a little distant because of it, lacks a certain punch - mid frequences, low end, should me more "in your face". But - that aside, it's an EXCELLENT piece of work even though I usually don't care much for shredding. It's highly musical.

Yes I do agree the mix is awfull. I never was good at that part. The only effect I used, if any was reverb. Thanks for your input, I do appreciate the constructive ideas.

The guitar technique is awesome. The idea to play it in this way is good. I would do another kind of mix but its only my opinion. And I wouldnt blend out this tune.

more excellent guitar from you. v good job. one thing i dont like is the fade out at the end.
in parts of the song i can imagine it breaking into heavy distorted metal type stuff, but your probably not going to do that.

Good ol' Socorro
Hey, that's actually where I'm living right now!
Phenominal guitar work though! I've never been very good at the mixing stage myself, so all that sounded just fine to me, and I just love that Spanish guitar.  Next time we're in town we'll have to get some sort of jam together.

What a creative idea!  Already been said about the mix, but the way you've put together the song itself is masterful.  Beautiful playing on the guitar.  This is getting downloaded.
Will rate,

Shred it compadre!  Bien. Muy Bien.  I've always liked spanish guitar/flamenco type stuff.  This rocks!

re: Socorro
sounds like mixed down a culvert.........

these are great sounds............but the mix needs more attention.......

it sounds good in my gear .........but a bit faraway throughout...........

is this due to over compression to get the trax to marry up..........

the busy rhythm guitar sounds miles away ........ and should be carrying the song on its back???

fantastic fretting but the mix is not at the same standard............

i think marino could help you with this one .......

50 seconds in I almost cried when either the hard panning stopped or you actually had two guitarists playing at the same time. It happened again a little later at 1:30 and then you kept it. I'd like to hear some vocals dropped on this other than the "oh ouuu ohs". I didn't have a problem with the mix or the wah-wah, disto, etc. I thought it was decent. I wish I could drop some flammy scales like that. Christ.

You had some thunder around 2:40 disliked. Thats it.
