Yay, I got my first guitar! (a crappy les paul)

And I decided to write a song using the few chords that I've learned over the past week (sorry if the guitar sounds terrible)

my griends uncle met the les paul a while back, hes old and a briliant musican. you sound a bit like brian molko with your singing. its pretty good, for someone who just learned to play. or did you know how to play but just didnt have a guitar? its not bad overall. decent recording. vocals are v clear, the drum intro is a bit funny, but it doesnt matter that much.

well, I had an aucoustic, but I had never really played it much. With an electric I was motivated to play more, if only because electric guitars just sound cool.

Dude...your playing needs a lot of work but your voice reminds me of John Darnielle's.....not traditionally "good", but I love it.

Is this your first song?

I think perhaps the song needs something to break it up a bit, bit monotonous but considering it's first song with guitar, I think it's pretty impressive!
