ok, one more from that 6 year old demo. the best thing to do with our guitarist then was to just let him play, so I wrote this middle part to an otherwise very mellow song - in the proto-version I used a sample from 'Come Together', so go figure...

Music is very good. Lyrics seem good to me. But I would practice the vocals a bit or the song should be sung by another singer

It also has a BIG retro feel to it.  I'm thinking Caravan, mid to late 70s UK band.

Good stuff.  The recording is excellent.

This song has a good mellow sound.  The quality is great, as with your other songs I've heard.  It definitely has a 70's vibe to it.  The lyrics are a good match for this style of music.  Added to my playlist!
