This song is not in a battle

Hey - when Wisdom posted this great little number..I had some lyrics come to mind right away...so...here they are put to his song.

You'll have to excuse the poor vox quality...I actually recorded them using my telephone microphone..and have started experimenting with audacity....what fun!!!

Very good. Lyrics/Melody fits very well. Love the laughter at the end, I say keep it!

Excellent vocals by you Spoony over a really good backing track by Wisdom.

The quality of the vocal recording sucks though!  OK, you've said about the mic so that's part of the reason why - but the mix is a little off too as your vocals seem just a little too up front to me.

The lyrics are great too - keeping the original title is good.

I'm missing a horn section in there - it's crying out for trumpet and 'bone (hello, Mr Swordfish........ are you getting this )

Are you going to re-do the vocals, or will Wisdom be doing the mixing?

The laughter at the end is great btw

thanks for the comments everyone!  Wisdom will decide about how this will all be done and mixed in the end..it's his song..I just wrote some lyrics...

I'm not sure if I have an easy way of recording the vocals any better at this time...I usually do all my work in the studio..so this was certainly an experiment for me..and my first time using audacity...we'll see what happens!

Very Nice! Yeah, like Jiminuk, I am definitely hearing a horn...perhaps Sax section...played in the ska style. Also, I would like to hear your vocals perhaps not so immersed in effects. Like the song structure, the urgent tempo, the lyrics.
