Great recording quality - I wasn't sure with the mega-clean drums at the start, but when the song started "for real" it all blended in superbly.
Everything played well, vocals sound good, and the song construction is great.
It just borders on the type of stuff I listen to, while just being a little too "thrash" metal sounding to satisfy me completely

man, this is cool. It's heavy, but not cheezy heavy, which I like alot

wow! how did I miss this....must have been dozing for a few months. Anyway, this seriously rocks. Massive sound,
tight, intricate riffs, good instrumentation. Love the lyric content...the "far away from the sun" thing. Voices are compelling.....seasoned, smoky, impassioned. I dig 'em! With regards to the mix, I see what Maxdb is talking about with the "mid-ranginess" thing. Not too objectionable as far as I'm concerned but I admit I would like to hear the mix tweaked a little (i.e., less mid-ranginess). Anyway...this is smokin' !

When I first saw the title, I thought of the 3 Doors Down song by the same name. This is pretty much the opposite, but it has that great powerful sound in the guitars, and the vocals moved quite well. Not exactly my style, but it is a good song. 
ooo rythmic, yet heavy...not bad...
I like this song! The mix is good, but, as has already been said, could do with some more mid-range EQ. I love the singing.
One thing. The drum solo deely at the beginning. On the offbeat, it seems to go out of time, and sort of drag the metronome. Don't know if that was intentional? Can anyone else hear that? Maybe my ears are playing up!
