This song is not in a battle

I finally got a bass. It's a new Yamaha...something I never thought I'd buy, but I have to say for the price, I'm pretty happy...

This was pretty fun to do...try to get to 2:20 get most of the second part...then it's variations. I'll like to add some female vocals...but I can't do that myself I'm still not sure about the intro riff...

Actually the best part of the song is from 2:43 to the end...

I like it.

great guitar work. and whatnot.

I think it would help if you brought the drums forward a bit, and panned them if you can.

otherwise, I think it sounds fine.

I agree, the best part is from 2:43 to the end. but still, the whole thing sounds very nice.

I'm always amazed at the diversity here on band amp and you've manged to come up with a very interesting idea here . The guitar work is good and the drums could come up a bit as taka said ,also enjoy the bass lines good work

love the intro riff - very r.h.c.p......sounds like you are improving by leaps and bounds with every song!  This is pretty funky! Nice job with the new yamaha...something  Do you have lyrics for this as well?

MAD SWEET guitar work. That begginning riff selles the whole damn song from the start. Brilliant work, 5 thumbs up. Yes, I'm an alien. A new cylon version actually.

I think you should keep the intro riff. It's really cool.  Very cool song.

This song has just the right number of  variations and different textures to captivate all the way through.  I did hear some soulish female vocals in my head.  Oh dear, I am hearing voices in my head   Great job!

Good stuff - I enjoyed the guitar work on this.
It's nicely pieced together, the recording is very good - crisp and clear (although like Taka, I think the drums could come forward in the mix).
The bass sound is very good, and the playing's spot on too.
The whole song would be improved with vocals - actually, It's sort of crying out for them in my mind.
Nice

I like the whole feel of htis song...very "get up and do something"ish.  For some reason I can see this going with a Football (soccer) commercial...probably from the sense of "get up and..." i was talking about getting from it.  For an instrumental you keep it interesting all the way through which is always good.  You don't need vocals, but I'm sure putting them in would equally add a great deal to it.

Bass
I thought the double track bass at the end was wicked and pleasant on the ears.  If it sounds good why pick holes??  My own personal thing is the singing !!  Ever thought about it??
