Let Our Love ........
*

This song is not in a battle

Let Our Love Rock!

Yes - it's the same song that Flyer posted.   A collaboration between me and him.
There are a couple of differences such as....... well, you'll hear!
The main reason for me doing this is that on the version Flyer posted my vocals suck BIG TIME!!!  So I've redone them here.

Although he doesn't seem to want to take credit for it, this really is Ralph's song - all I did was add a bit of music.

Hope you enjoy

Thanks for the comment TK - yes this was fun to do.

Flyer's posted version has loads of comments.  I'd be interested in some comparative comments - the two versions have a number of differences

Ralph's version is: http://forum.bandamp.com/Audio_Review/3038.html

Ta very much

EDIT - Ralph has removed his song, so you can't compare any more.  Pity really

Easy listening
This song has nice mellow vibe. The instrumentation could be tighter and that one drum loop running through the whole song gets annoying quickly, so definitely better drum work could lift it up a notch.

The vocals are great and the harmonies fit nicely, excellent job with that. Vocals are the best part of this song.

Absolutely!!!
But then I suck at doing drums.  Hopefully, when I get the SR16 that PX has talked about I'll have a few fresh sounding drum loops to play with.  But at the moment, it's tired old Fruityloops.

No, I don't agree.  It's just because I suck at playing guitar on the beat.  It's my laid-back style man
But really, I do think the song sounds a little messy.  It was recorded in haste, and the only things really that I spent time over were the vocals and the mix - even then I think the vocals could be improved.

It's a pity that Flyer has taken down his version of this - the one with my original vocals - now there's no way that you can tell that I've actually made them better!

Good feel
Music has a melancolic feel. Nice collaboration.
