I'm still not keen on the autowah'd guitar noodling at the end, but there are definite improvements with this one.  You've softened up the overdriven guitar, brought it in later, and put it to the back of the mix; this is makes quite a difference to my ears!
The drums still don't quite punch though enough, but they do their job of keeping the piece going all the same.

Not bad,I like the guitar at the end. However.....Instead of the repeating and fade I would suggest you sustain the last time instead of repeating the riff again and just let it ring out.I believe the vocals sound a little better this time as well.Still need some work but who am I to say.
