Its Alright now
*

This song is not in a battle

Another one of my individual songs. Made in the same era as Dissapear, this song was made entirely in FL studio. I realize now that all of my songs are far out of balance and are really heavy in the treble registers.

This is due to my speakers having hardware EQ, and me having stupidly set them earlier to high bass and low treble, thus making all of my balancing extreme. This can make the guitar at the beginning pretty painful to listen to.

Lyrics:
I can’t believe its here again
My Self esteem is burning zen
What in my heart lets  me decide
When I should leave and say goodbye
_
Run away from your dreams now
Take a bite of reality
Its alright now
It’s alright now
It’s alright
It’s alright
Its alright now
Its alright now
It’s all-right.

_
Where am I now right here, today?
I should’ve had more here to say
I should’ve been a millionare
Instead of nothing but thin air
_
Chorus
_
Take advice for what its worth
For what its worth
For what its worth

Should have more than what you left
For what you left
For what you left
Where did I go wrong?
I can’t wait this long.

cool song.

sounds like the vox are a bit sketchy.

the style (more during chorus) actually reminds me a bit of fow. interstate managers type.

there are problems with the mix, like you said, general EQ problems, but the song in itself is quite nice. that being said, it did have its sweet spots. for example 3:12... and then again 3:51... yep

This is pretty nice - I enjoyed listening.

You've talked about the EQ in the mix already - but that's easily sorted really.  Overall, the recording is very good (albeit a bit loud in places)
Instrumental sounds are nice
Drums a little too digital and over quantized, so they're not as natural sounding as the rest of the instruments.
Vocals are clear, and quite well delivered.

Yup, a pretty good song I think.
