Hidden in a Cloud - Crack
*

This song is not in a battle

Really special song.. .cannot tell what style is it.
Begun as an improvisation but then we made a radio version of it.
You can listen guitar, keyboard, drums, clarinet.
We had a 6 channel mixer and a computer, so we couldn't record by track, so it was hard to get a very good sound out of it.
Anyway we wanted kinda rough sound cause it fits with the song style.
Hope you like it.

Yeah Isz, take care of your voice... but be glad that you don't live in Mexico city

This is pretty good.  As it's been said, the recording is fine for the intentions of the song.

I like the flow, but some parts sounds too extended* for me.  The structure is fine though, can tell of anything "wrong".

The voices could use a bit of work.

Overall, very nice.

__________

*líneas demasiado "dilatadas", que dan la sensación de que los cambios se retrasan, aunque la tensión (y la atención) se mantienen sin muchos problemas

This came out pretty well Iz.... is it something that came from the day's playing about at your house?

There are some really nice sounds in there - ok the mix is off a little, but it's pretty good playing.

Some of the vocals are not so good (don't like the "your a rain drop ....plop, plop" part - perhaps a long, long way in the back of the mix would be ok(ish).  So, as aetheris says, these need some work.
The clarinet also needs a bit of work - it sounds as if the reed wasn't well prepared before playing, and there are a few "iffy" notes in there.
That said, this is a live take of you jamming around, so with that in mind it's still good work!

I do like the keyboard strings - they add ambiance to the track.
Guitars are good - well played with good tones
Nice drums in this - played pretty well too.  They manage to tie the whole piece together.  How did you manage to record them, because they're picked up pretty well?

Song construction is very nice... it seems you've thought this one out well.

A good bit of work Iz, I enjoyed listening.

i really think the clarinet should be taken out and just guitar used, but besides that i really think the song sounds excellent. good work.

This is pretty cool, the only thing I would add would be a bit of diversity to each part to make it sound fresh while it repeats...if you understand what Iam trying to say ..maybe some open/close hi-hat variations. I loved the clarinet's syncopation after the chorus.. memorable

Thanks everybody for the comments.
We will try to record it in multi-tracks with better quality.

Oh, what a beautiful track. I love the vocals, even though I couldn't quite figure out the first part. I think, however, that maybe a female and softer voice would suit more this song. Honestly, I believe that the voice sounds a bit off and instead of flowing with the music, it overpowers it, and it should be the other way around. I think the last part loses the enchantment a bit. What I trully love is the whole instrumental part, the first part where there is no voice. The clarinet is amazing, too. Otherwise, it's really good. Keep it up.

Very good structure.
Your voice really fits in the style, just needs a bit of work on the tuning and it'll be perfect.
Nice ambience as well...is it a bit of Pink Floyd I'm detecting?
Overall a good tune you've got.

Well, I don't sing; is the singer.
And yes, we have a very big influence of Pink Floyd.
