heh.. when you said a slow song, I was thinking more along the lines of a ballad or something..

but it's actually just a slow rock song...

ah well, I get confused quite a bit...

and it does have it's sweet spots.

cool.

What, this isn't Queens Of The Stone Age.
Whoa! Where the hell did hat guitar comefrom. Didn't see that coming. Don't like intro but it gets better. Though the chird sequence at about 1:15 has been used before alot of times.
Still, it's not bad...
Ironicly some of the quitar work reminded me slightly of QOTSA,

good stuff, great tone to the whole when the guitars kick in.

I bet it sounds great live, though it's kindof short, with a sudden end.

I like the rhythm plays of the drum, voice and guitar going against and complementing eachother...

good stuff !

Helmet
I have to say, I like the way the song drops in. And almost immediately, I thought this song could really be about accent and rhythym: Helmet! Those guys did the nastiest, best rhythym stuff ever, and I hadn't thought about them in like 10 years. So now, I'm going to dust of the vinyl and check it out again. Meanwhile, maybe one direction the song could take is really emphasizing the rhythym/vocal counterpoints. My $0.02.

Cool.
