Wow. This is pretty awesome. This is the kind of music that grows on you wether you like it or not. Industrial has always been like that to me, this song isn't industrial, but it has the growing feeling like it. :P

What an excellent song, I like all kinds of music and I like this one!

I'd also like to know how you put it together, how many tracks, samples, midi etc etc

I think Kelpie sums it up wonderfully : "This is the kind of music that grows on you whether you like it or not."

thanks! that's quite a compliment for an electronic artist, to be gladly listened by such a wide audience, not necessarly into electronic music.

About the way it's put together I must admit that although it may sound like a pretty simple groove, it took way more tracks than you can listen to at the first the time .  I only used samples for the drums (about 5-7) and the "warning" voice, and the rest is made with the built in synths of Jeskola Buzz, with custom parameters and automation, so it's all software at the moment :S

btw, kelpie mentioned something about industrial music... I'm just curious, how would you descrive the genre, if there's one?

Jeskola Buzz is something I've played with in the past, I must admit I didn't get into it at the time, but it does make some excellent sounds.

This is one of the better tracks Ive heard so far.  Mind you, Ive just joined but of the electronic sub genres, this is the better of them.

Where did you get some of these instruments? They sound like stuff from Descent.

hey Kelpie...

They're all sounds from built in instruments of Jeskola Buzz, the software i use.  I was still using a lot of presets and very few automation at the time, so if you ever try the program it should be easy to get the sounds.

and Descent... what is it?
