What I would do is modulate down to increasingly dissonant chords to give this bird some character development.

I liked the overall feel and sound of the song.  As a suggestion, perhaps the instrumental changes could progress more quickly to keep the listener's attention focused.

The title of the song was very appropriate.

I always hated snokie (the c64 game)... this is flashbacks and razor sharp goosebumps

some really cool effects in there, the formant thing... eery... chilly...

Very eerie.  Fitting, for an evil penguin.

I felt the ending was a bit abrupt.

This is great!!! really complex texture, good chords progression... when I first started to listen I didn't think a melody would fit over that piano, but you made it.
Excellent choice of sounds, good mix.
