This song is not in a battle

old tune again(ofcourse)

4 tracks minidisc to record bass, drum, one guitar and vocals in one take

then added 'some' guitars afterwards just to find out what
happens
I know that some parts are a bit too loud here and there

So this is "early U-tow"? it sounds great!

it's a great composition, has a very heavy mood in there.

but I listened to it all the way through and it felt really good right from the start, I could easily picture this being played live.

the production quality isn't as great as some of your other tunes, but suffices surely.

I always enjoy a bit of rawness in rock music, it makes it come more alive. a stage sound can never beat it anyway.

I like it.

The guitar overpowers the vocals quite a bit, but you mentioned some parts were like that..

The distorted guitar added a lot, but I really liked the parts that were just clean guitar, vocals, and drums. During those parts, the vocals came through really well. And sounded very nice by the way.

Despite that it might have been mixed better, good song.

Very nice.  I didn't do it justice on the first listen, as it was just playing in the background; but this has a very nice feel to it.

Well recorded, although I think the drums could do with some processing as they're too clean IMO, especially the cymbals

I like the construction, decent harmonies, guitar has a good sound.  The mix could possibly be sorted out a little perhaps.

But this is a good song.  Well done.

I like it--good song, good music, good harmony--like you said, just need louder voices, less guitar volume.  Keep up the good work!

I didnīt know this (old) song , Max. Itīs built up pretty good and is strong and powerful. Love the git-arpeggio in the intro (and the theme).
Yes, in parts the vox is a tad low, but; what the heck does it matter? For this 4-track-MD-recording it sounds really good. Organic and warm garage stuff.
