a thing to pass oVer
*

This song is not in a battle

the title is a pun on the jewish passover Holiday.

the lyrics are:

decisions are difficult today
yes even the trivial ones
and whichever i make
i'll end up wishing i could retake

but thinking is the same
as not at all
so i may as well rest
abort my silly quest

a new me
now could be

i could always run away
(sort of speak) shuffle the cards
but i know that in the end
the hand that holds will always be mine

now could be
a new me

comments are of course welcome.

great work!
Very nice arrangements for the guitar... vocals start a bit week but that feeling disapears very fast... not sure if I like the reverb harmonies (are the guitar harmonics?) but they make the song more interesting...

The lyrics fit perectly with the nostalgic mood of the song..

aetheris: the "reverb harmonics" are samples of playing the guitar strings above the neck, where the tuners are. thank you for listening and for your comments.

The beautiful guitar intro reminds me of Kings of Convenience, (which is a good thing) -- I think this is a fine song and you've done well with it. I don't like the effect you've put on your vocal tracks. Doubling them was a good idea but I think it would have sounded better with a more enchoed reverby treatment.
